1. Introduction

Welcome to Comeback King ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Comeback King is operated by an individual based in Alaska, United States. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This policy applies to all users of Comeback King on iOS and Android platforms and has been prepared to comply with applicable laws including GDPR CCPA / CPRA CalOPPA COPPA.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

This information is collected when you create an account, contact us, or interact with features of the App that require identification.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use Comeback King, we may automatically collect limited technical data necessary to operate the App, including device type, operating system version, and app usage events. We do not use third-party analytics tools.

2.3 Camera Access

The App requests access to your device's camera to allow you to capture and upload pictures within the App. We do not upload or store photos on our servers without your explicit action. See Section 8 for details.

2.4 Payment Information

If you make a purchase within the App, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your credit card number or financial details. See Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account
• To provide, operate, and maintain the App
• To send you transactional and promotional emails (see Section 7)
• To display personalized advertising through AdMob (see Section 5)
• To process in-app purchases

5. Advertising – AdMob by Google

Comeback King displays advertisements served by AdMob, a Google advertising service. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID on Android or the IDFA on iOS), and similar technologies to serve ads that are relevant to you based on your prior visits to our App and other apps.

Google's use of advertising identifiers is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

6. In-App Payments – Apple In-App Purchases

Comeback King offers optional paid features or content through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment transactions are processed securely by Apple. We do not receive, collect, or store your full payment card information.

Your purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please review Apple's policies at apple.com/legal/privacy.

We may receive confirmation of your purchase (e.g., receipt validation) to unlock premium features within the App.

7. Email Communications

We may send you emails for the following purposes:

• Transactional emails: account confirmations, password resets, purchase receipts.
• Promotional emails: updates, new features, or offers — only if you have opted in to receive them.

You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send, or by contacting us at support@comebackking.ai. Even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you may still receive transactional emails related to your account or purchases.

8. Camera Access

The App requests permission to access your device's camera solely to allow you to take photos within the App's features. Camera access is requested only when you initiate an action that requires it.

• We do not access your camera in the background.
• Photos taken within the App are not automatically uploaded to our servers.
• You can revoke camera permission at any time in your device settings without affecting other App functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

14. CalOPPA Disclosure CalOPPA

Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), we make the following disclosures:

• Users can visit the App anonymously in areas that do not require account creation.
• We will notify users of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
• Users can update their personal information by contacting us at support@comebackking.ai.
• We honor Do Not Track signals where technically feasible. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the App prior to the change becoming effective.
